Sarah and I just got back from vacation yesterday. We miss the condo already! I took a panoramic picture from our front porch. It didn't turn out like I wanted, as it's a little washed out. You'll get the idea what it's like there. I've got it in two formats, a QuickTime VR movie and a regular JPEG image.

We visited a couple Manatees at a local marine aquarium. They were cool.

The sunset was pretty nice on Wednesday, too.

It's been months since I posted an update here, added new pages, or did anything at all with my site.

Our wedding pictures are now online! (Edit: No, they're not.) I've had several requests for them from friends and family, and now they're here. (Nope, not any more.)

Clicking on each thumbnail picture will give you a larger photo. (It used to.) Clicking on each of the larger photo will then give you a very large picture. (Nope, sorry!)

It's been a long time since my last update. I've been very busy with work and school. I'm set to continue my 4.0 GPA legacy this semester, and after that, I'm taking a break for the summer. I've had enough for a while!

The web cam is down again. It has been for a while. I'll probably set it up again, but this time it will point out the window.

I'm no longer running a Counter-Strike server. That's pretty old news, but I thought I'd mention it for those that care. I am, however, still a charter member of the DOH Gaming Guild. Stop by and say hello!

I plan to get some better pictures of the MAME controller posted. I've got a nice digital camera now, so there's no excuse for any more grainy pictures!

I built a full-featured arcade-quality controller for my MAME machine. Until I get some pages created for it, you can view the pictures of it from this page. Here's an overhead view, a close-up shot, a side view, and a picture of it in action.

I've got my web cam pointed at my aquarium now. Since I have an entire computer dedicated to running the camera, pictures are now updated every minute. Enjoy!

A real-time aquarium camera is comming soon! In addition to images, I also hope to provide real-time temperature and pH data. Check back in the next couple days!

I've decided to run a small Counter-Strike server again. It's running right here on this server. For more information, check out the server status page.

As a kid, I always liked Rubik's cube type puzzles. I recently pulled all of my old puzzles out of storage so that I could play with them. I found them interesting enough that I decided to collect a few more. You can check them out in the puzzles section of my site.

After approximately eight years in storage, I have resurrected my Apple ][GS! Today I purchased about $13 worth of cables and adapters so that I may network it through my Linux machine.

I also ordered a 340MB hard drive for the GS. I always wanted one, but back in 1989, my paper route income couldn't bear the cost of one! I should have it installed before the end of the week. After that, I'm going to investigate writing server software for the machine with my copy of the Orca/C compiler!

I didn't have much to do today at work, so I found some PHP code to modify. I've now got a modified version of Eric Thelin's PHP-x10 running on this server.

What is PHP-x10, you ask? Well, it allows you, the random web surfer, to control the lights in my appartment! (Please note: I have removed the link to the light-control program. It was getting out of hand.)

I finally got the camera workinig again! For those who care, I'm using SANE to conrol the camera. It has been several months, but it's back. It now snaps a new picture every five minutes.

After several years, I finally broke down and bought a domain name. All of my web and e-mail will now be hosted by mooretechnologies.com

Thanks to the wonderful folks at etree.org, I have started a collection of digital music. All of these shows are as digital as they could possibly be. They're compressed in the lossless Shorten format; there's no mp3 compression or cassette tape hiss here! (unless otherwise noted)

I haven't developed my film yet, but here are a few pictures I found from Phish's New Years Eve concert at the Big Cypress Seminole Indian Reservation in Florida. Credits are forthcoming.
